My room was on the first floor. Evening noise from the courtyard went on past midnight and was difficult to ignore because the windows did not fit properly.

the hotel has a fantastic location right in the center. the staff are helpful and friendly, which i appreciated. i enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the hotel restaurant. the service was just right and the food was lovely.
The room was too small with a very tight bathroom. the room was not soundproof at all. This was a constant issue.

The room lighting was quite poor, specifically in the wardrobe and bathroom. This made it difficult to see clearly when getting ready in the morning. I was surprised that there was no milk provided for coffee in the room (pretty basic, I thought) and only a single tea bag. I was barely able to brew a cup (I like a strong tea).
